fantastic stay in the heart of it all
unbeatable location kind staff
the location was unbeatable! i arrived early and the staff kindly stored my bags. the breakfast was amazing!!! i especially enjoyed the lorne sausages.
there was no direct link between the ncp car park and the hotel, so i had a bit of a walk with my luggage. it was quite a distance from the car park exit to the hotel entrance.

the hotel includes elevators to reach all five floors. parking is available with a discount at a car park located on platform 15. show your parking ticket at the barriers for access.

the champagne bar overlooks the concourse. breakfast features scottish specialties, including lorne sausages and porridge. there is a great variety of fresh offerings available at the breakfast buffet, along with specialty coffee machines.

helpful staff breakfast choices complimentary water
the breakfast choices were really good. (i especially enjoyed the pastries!) the hotel staff were helpful with directions. i found complimentary water in my room each day.
the tv was a bit far from the bed.

ideal location healthy choices
the location is ideal near the station. my room included climate control, nice. i also enjoyed the healthy choices available at breakfast (especially the fresh fruit!).
i found the reception staff to be somewhat dismissive of concerns that arose . this made resolving issues more challenging than it needed to be.

the hotel is situated perfectly for transport links, being directly connected to the main train station, made getting around very easy. there is convenient access to shops and restaurants. the immediate surroundings are bustling and lively.
